These vegan protein balls are too easy to make, and eat! This is my thermomix recipe but you can also use a food processor.
1. To thermomix bowl add, and blitz on Speed 8 until finely chopped
1 cup of cashews
1 cup of coconut (shredded or desicated)
1 cup of almond meal
1 cup of Vital Protein, vanilla (this one is made from golden peas, but you can use any protein powder you like)
1 tbs of cacao
2 tbs of coco
5 pitted dates
2. Add the blow to the bowl, and blitz on speed 4 until combined
2 tbs organic honey
3 tbs coconut oil (must be melted first)
3. Roll into balls and refridgerate, yum!
